  • 4 cups seedless watermelon cubed and chilled

  • * 1 cup sparkling water or ginger ale adjust to taste

Method
 

  1. . Cut the watermelon into cubes and place in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the juice through a fine mesh strainer for a silky texture (optional).
  3. In a pitcher, muddle mint leaves lightly with lime juice to release aroma.
  4. Pour the watermelon juice into the pitcher and stir well.
  5. Add ice cubes and top with sparkling water or ginger ale for fizz.
  6. Pour into glasses, garnish with lime slices or mint sprigs, and serve immediately.

Notes
