A refreshing non-alcoholic twist on the Cuban classic. Made with strawberries, lime juice, and ice, this mocktail is fruity, vibrant, and perfect for all occasions.
2–3 tbsp simple syrup or daiquiri syrupadjust to taste
1cupcrushed ice
Garnish: lime wheelsfresh strawberry slices, or mint sprigs
Instructions
Wash and hull the strawberries. If frozen, measure directly.
Add strawberries, lime juice, syrup, and ice into the blender.
Blend until smooth and slushy. Adjust sweetness or tartness to taste.
Pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with lime slices or fresh strawberries.
Serve immediately for best flavor and texture.
