Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries fresh or frozen, hulled
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 2 –3 tbsp simple syrup or daiquiri syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • Garnish: lime wheels fresh strawberry slices, or mint sprigs

Instructions

  • Wash and hull the strawberries. If frozen, measure directly.
  • Add strawberries, lime juice, syrup, and ice into the blender.
  • Blend until smooth and slushy. Adjust sweetness or tartness to taste.
  • Pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with lime slices or fresh strawberries.
  • Serve immediately for best flavor and texture.

Notes

For a lighter version, use honey, agave, or sugar-free sweetener instead of syrup.
To make a frozen version, use frozen strawberries and extra ice.
Add sparkling water before serving for a fizzy twist.
Try mixed berry blends (raspberry, blueberry, blackberry) for flavor variety.
