Ingredients
  

  • 1 quart 4 cups warm filtered water
  • 2 teaspoons non-iodized salt Himalayan pink, unrefined sea salt, or Celtic salt

Equipment

  • 1 Quart glass jar or large measuring cup
  • Spoon (for stirring)
  • Filtered water source

Method
 

  1. Warm the filtered water slightly above room temperature.
  2. Add 2 teaspoons of your chosen non-iodized salt.
  3. Stir until the salt completely dissolves.
  4. Drink the mixture steadily on an empty stomach, ideally in the morning.
  5. Lie on your side for 5–10 minutes and gently massage your abdomen.
  6. Remain near a restroom as the flush will work within 30–90 minutes.
