Ingredients

  • 1 quart 4 cups warm filtered water
  • 2 teaspoons non-iodized salt Himalayan pink, unrefined sea salt, or Celtic salt

Instructions

  • Warm the filtered water slightly above room temperature.
  • Add 2 teaspoons of your chosen non-iodized salt.
  • Stir until the salt completely dissolves.
  • Drink the mixture steadily on an empty stomach, ideally in the morning.
  • Lie on your side for 5–10 minutes and gently massage your abdomen.
  • Remain near a restroom as the flush will work within 30–90 minutes.

Notes

Variations: Use Himalayan salt for a mineral-rich flush, unrefined sea salt for classic results, or Celtic salt for stronger cleansing.
Hydration: Always drink water or herbal tea afterward to restore fluids.
