- Warm the filtered water slightly above room temperature.
- Add 2 teaspoons of your chosen non-iodized salt.
- Stir until the salt completely dissolves.
- Drink the mixture steadily on an empty stomach, ideally in the morning.
- Lie on your side for 5–10 minutes and gently massage your abdomen.
- Remain near a restroom as the flush will work within 30–90 minutes.
