Ingredients

  • ½ cup lychee juice or white grape juice
  • 2 tsp rose water food-grade
  • 1 tsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp honey agave, or simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Sparkling water or tonic to top
  • Ice cubes as needed
  • Garnish: edible rose petals lemon slices, or mint sprigs

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Add lychee juice, rose water, lemon juice, and sweetener.
  • Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
  • Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.
  • Top with sparkling water or tonic.
  • Stir gently and garnish with rose petals or lemon.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

For a tropical twist, substitute lychee juice with pineapple juice.
Use ginger ale instead of sparkling water for a spicier finish.
