Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup lychee juice or white grape juice
  • 2 tsp rose water food-grade
  • 1 tsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp honey agave, or simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Sparkling water or tonic to top
  • Ice cubes as needed
  • Garnish: edible rose petals lemon slices, or mint sprigs

  • Strainer
  • * Tall glass

Method
 

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add lychee juice, rose water, lemon juice, and sweetener.
  3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
  4. Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.
  5. Top with sparkling water or tonic.
  6. Stir gently and garnish with rose petals or lemon.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy.
