Ingredients
  

  • * 1 cup pomegranate juice chilled
  • * ½ cup ginger beer or sparkling water for lighter taste
  • * ¼ cup cranberry juice optional, for extra tartness
  • * 1 tbsp lime juice freshly squeezed
  • * Ice cubes for serving
  • * Pomegranate seeds for garnish
  • * Mint leaves for garnish

  • Strainer

Method
 

  1. Fill a shaker with ice and pour in pomegranate juice, lime juice, and cranberry juice.
  2. Shake gently until chilled.
  3. Strain into glasses filled with ice.
  4. Top each glass with ginger beer or sparkling water.
  5. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and fresh mint leaves.
