Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pineapple juice chilled
  • 1 cup coconut milk or almond/dairy milk
  • 2 –3 tbsp grenadine syrup
  • Ice cubes enough to fill glasses
  • Garnish: pineapple wedges cherries, or edible flowers

Equipment

  • Blender or shaker
  • Tall glasses
  • Spoon for layering grenadine

Method
 

  1. Chill glasses in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  2. Blend pineapple juice and coconut milk until smooth.
  3. Add grenadine and blend briefly until the Pink Panther drink reaches desired pastel shade.
  4. Fill glasses with ice and pour in the mixture.
  5. Garnish with pineapple wedges or cherries. Serve immediately.

Notes
