A tropical twist on classic lemonade. This pineapple dragonfruit lemonade blends juicy pineapple with vibrant pink dragonfruit for a refreshing, colorful drink. Perfect as a mocktail, cocktail, or party punch.
2cupsfresh lemonademade from lemons, water, and sweetener
1cuppineapple juice
1cupdragonfruitpink, peeled and cubed or ½ cup dragonfruit purée
2–3 tbsp honey or agaveoptional, adjust to taste
Ice cubes
Lemon slices and dragonfruit cubes for garnish
Instructions
In a blender, combine dragonfruit cubes, pineapple juice, and lemonade.
Blend until smooth. Strain if you prefer a pulp-free drink.
Taste and add honey or agave for sweetness if needed.
Fill glasses with ice, pour in the mixture, and stir.
Garnish with lemon slices and dragonfruit cubes. Serve chilled.
