Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh lemonade made from lemons, water, and sweetener
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup dragonfruit pink, peeled and cubed or ½ cup dragonfruit purée
  • 2 –3 tbsp honey or agave optional, adjust to taste
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices and dragonfruit cubes for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine dragonfruit cubes, pineapple juice, and lemonade.
  2. Blend until smooth. Strain if you prefer a pulp-free drink.
  3. Taste and add honey or agave for sweetness if needed.
  4. Fill glasses with ice, pour in the mixture, and stir.
  5. Garnish with lemon slices and dragonfruit cubes. Serve chilled.
