  • 3 cups peaches fresh or frozen, peeled & sliced
  • 1 cup granulated sugar or honey for natural sweetener
  • 1 cup lemon juice about 5–6 fresh lemons
  • 4 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes for serving
  • Garnishes: peach slices lemon wheels, fresh mint sprigs

Method
 

  1. Peach Syrup Method:
  2. In a saucepan, combine peaches, sugar, and 1 cup water. Simmer 10 minutes until peaches soften.
  3. Strain to remove pulp, reserving the syrup. Let cool.
  4. Puree Method (Quick Version):
  5. Blend peaches until smooth. Strain for a silky finish or keep pulpy for rustic texture.
  6. Make the Lemonade Base:
  7. In a pitcher, combine lemon juice, 3 cups cold water, and peach syrup or puree.
  8. Stir well and adjust sweetness to taste.
  9. Serve:
  10. Pour over ice in glasses.
