Passion Fruit Mocktail

Passion fruit mocktail is a tropical, tangy-sweet drink made with fresh pulp, citrus, and a touch of sweetener. Refreshing, alcohol-free, and ready in under 10 minutes, it’s perfect for brunch, parties, or a light pick-me-up. Garnished with mint and ice, it’s festive, fruity, and health-friendly.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 fresh passion fruits halved, pulp scooped
  • ½ cup orange juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup lime juice fresh
  • 2 tsp honey or agave syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 cup sparkling water chilled
  • 6 –8 fresh mint leaves plus extra for garnish
  • 1 cup ice cubes

  • Fine-mesh strainer
  • Highball glasses

Method
 

  1. Scoop pulp from passion fruits. Strain if you prefer fewer seeds.
  2. In a shaker, combine pulp, orange juice, lime juice, honey, and mint leaves. Muddle lightly.
  3. Add ice cubes and shake well until chilled.
  4. Strain into glasses filled with ice.
  5. Top with sparkling water, stir gently, and garnish with mint.
