2fresh passion fruitshalved, pulp scooped
½cuporange juicefreshly squeezed
¼cuplime juicefresh
2tsphoney or agave syrupadjust to taste
1cupsparkling waterchilled
6–8 fresh mint leavesplus extra for garnish

Instructions
Scoop pulp from passion fruits. Strain if you prefer fewer seeds.
In a shaker, combine pulp, orange juice, lime juice, honey, and mint leaves. Muddle lightly.
Add ice cubes and shake well until chilled.
Strain into glasses filled with ice.
Top with sparkling water, stir gently, and garnish with mint.
