- Scoop pulp from passion fruits. Strain if you prefer fewer seeds.
- In a shaker, combine pulp, orange juice, lime juice, honey, and mint leaves. Muddle lightly.
- Add ice cubes and shake well until chilled.
- Strain into glasses filled with ice.
- Top with sparkling water, stir gently, and garnish with mint.
