Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
  • 1 glass warm water 8–10 oz
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice optional
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar optional
  • ½ teaspoon honey optional, for taste

Instructions

  • Add ½ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt to a glass of warm water.
  • Stir until fully dissolved.
  • Optional: squeeze in lemon juice or add apple cider vinegar.
  • Mix well and drink immediately, preferably in the morning.

Notes

Drink in moderation. Too much salt may cause bloating or raise blood pressure.
Lemon juice adds vitamin C and improves taste but doesn’t accelerate fat loss.
Apple cider vinegar may reduce appetite slightly but is not a proven fat burner.
