1green tea bagor 1 tsp loose-leaf green tea in an infuser
1tspgrated fresh ginger
1cinnamon stickor ½ tsp ground cinnamon
Juice of ½ fresh lemon
Optional: 1 tsp honeyskip for zero-calorie version
Instructions
Heat water to just below boiling.
Place green tea, grated ginger, and cinnamon in a mug.
Pour hot water over and let steep for 5 minutes.
Remove tea bag and cinnamon stick if used.
Stir in lemon juice, and honey if desired.
