- Heat water to just below boiling.
- Place green tea, grated ginger, and cinnamon in a mug.
- Pour hot water over and let steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove tea bag and cinnamon stick if used.
- Stir in lemon juice, and honey if desired.
- Sip warm or let cool for an iced version.

Notes
For maximum freshness, use whole cinnamon sticks and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Can be prepared in bulk and stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours for an iced version.
