Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Raw apple cider vinegar With the mother
  • 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice From 1/2 lemon
  • 10 oz Warm filtered water Not boiling
  • 1 tsp Raw honey Optional
  • 1 pinch Ground cinnamon Optional
  • 1 pinch Turmeric + black pepper Optional for inflammation

  • 1 Kettle For warming the water

Method
 

  1. Warm the filtered water until it’s just above room temperature, not boiling.
  2. Add the lemon juice and apple cider vinegar to the warm water.
  3. Stir in the honey and spices, if using.
  4. Drink slowly 15–30 minutes before eating.
  5. Use a straw to protect tooth enamel, and rinse your mouth after.

Notes

Best consumed in the morning or after dinner.
Store in fridge up to 3 days if made in batches.
Start with half the ACV dose if you’re new to it.
