- Warm the filtered water until it’s just above room temperature, not boiling.
- Add the lemon juice and apple cider vinegar to the warm water.
- Stir in the honey and spices, if using.
- Drink slowly 15–30 minutes before eating.
- Use a straw to protect tooth enamel, and rinse your mouth after.

Start with half the ACV dose if you’re new to it.
