Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Raw apple cider vinegar With the mother
  • 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice From 1/2 lemon
  • 10 oz Warm filtered water Not boiling
  • 1 tsp Raw honey Optional
  • 1 pinch Ground cinnamon Optional
  • 1 pinch Turmeric + black pepper Optional for inflammation

Instructions

  • Warm the filtered water until it’s just above room temperature, not boiling.
  • Add the lemon juice and apple cider vinegar to the warm water.
  • Stir in the honey and spices, if using.
  • Drink slowly 15–30 minutes before eating.
  • Use a straw to protect tooth enamel, and rinse your mouth after.

Notes

Best consumed in the morning or after dinner.
Store in fridge up to 3 days if made in batches.
Start with half the ACV dose if you’re new to it.
Always dilute ACV in water to prevent side effects.
