Ingredients

  • Filtered water 12–16 oz Cold or room temperature
  • Pink Himalayan salt ⅛ teaspoon Fine-grain food-grade only
  • Lemon ½ Freshly squeezed
  • Optional Apple cider vinegar ½ teaspoon Raw, unfiltered
  • Optional Fresh ginger 2 slices Thinly sliced
  • Optional Mint leaves 3–4 Gently crushed
  • Optional Orange slice 1 For added flavor & vitamin C

Instructions

  • Add filtered water to your glass or jar.
  • Stir in the pink Himalayan salt until fully dissolved.
  • Squeeze in half a lemon and stir.
  • Add any optional ingredients: apple cider vinegar, ginger, mint, or orange.
  • Stir again or gently shake.
  • Let sit for 3–5 minutes if infused.
  • Sip slowly, preferably on an empty stomach.

Notes

Use spring or filtered water for best taste and detox support.
To prep ahead, mix ingredients in a mason jar and refrigerate.
For a metabolism boost, add a pinch of cayenne or slice of jalapeño.
