Ingredients
  

  • Filtered water 12–16 oz Cold or room temperature
  • Pink Himalayan salt ⅛ teaspoon Fine-grain food-grade only
  • Lemon ½ Freshly squeezed
  • Optional Apple cider vinegar ½ teaspoon Raw, unfiltered
  • Optional Fresh ginger 2 slices Thinly sliced
  • Optional Mint leaves 3–4 Gently crushed
  • Optional Orange slice 1 For added flavor & vitamin C

Equipment

  • 1 Glass or mason jar
  • Stirring spoon or shaker
  • Citrus squeezer
  • Knife & cutting board

Method
 

  1. Add filtered water to your glass or jar.
  2. Stir in the pink Himalayan salt until fully dissolved.
  3. Squeeze in half a lemon and stir.
  4. Add any optional ingredients: apple cider vinegar, ginger, mint, or orange.
  5. Stir again or gently shake.
  6. Let sit for 3–5 minutes if infused.
  7. Sip slowly, preferably on an empty stomach.
