- Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and cinnamon.
- Stir or shake until the cinnamon is evenly distributed.
- Drink immediately, 20–30 minutes before your largest meal.

For a 7-day batch, multiply quantities by 7 and store in a sealed pitcher in the fridge.
Shake well before serving, as cinnamon may settle at the bottom.
Swap cinnamon for ginger powder for a different flavor profile.
