Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups cold filtered water or mineral water
  • 1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • Juice from ½ fresh lemon
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey or apple cider vinegar optional
  • ½ cup crushed ice
  • Optional: pinch of cayenne for circulation
  • Optional: fresh mint leaves for flavor

Instructions

  • Fill a tall glass or mason jar with cold filtered water.
  • Add the pink Himalayan salt and stir until fully dissolved.
  • Squeeze in fresh lemon juice and stir again.
  • Add the honey or apple cider vinegar if using, then mix well.
  • Add crushed ice and stir. Let it chill for 1–2 minutes before drinking.
  • Drink slowly on an empty stomach for best results.

Notes

Start with ½ teaspoon salt if you're sodium-sensitive.
Add fresh mint or cucumber for a lighter flavor.
