Method
- Fill a tall glass or mason jar with cold filtered water.
- Add the pink Himalayan salt and stir until fully dissolved.
- Squeeze in fresh lemon juice and stir again.
- Add the honey or apple cider vinegar if using, then mix well.
- Add crushed ice and stir. Let it chill for 1–2 minutes before drinking.
- Drink slowly on an empty stomach for best results.
