This Himalayan salt detox drink is a natural digestive reset. Made with just warm water and pink salt, it supports gut health, hydration, and cleansing — especially when enjoyed first thing in the morning.

Instructions
Warm 8–10 oz of filtered water until it's comfortably warm to sip.
Add ½ to 1 tsp of pink Himalayan salt and stir until fully dissolved.
Optionally, squeeze in a little lemon juice for added taste and benefits.
Drink slowly on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning.
Wait at least 30–60 minutes before eating, allowing the detox to take effect.
Notes
Use high-quality, unrefined pink Himalayan salt — not table salt. Start with ½ tsp if you're new to the flush. Stay near a restroom after drinking, especially the first time. Drink only 1–2x per week for safety.
