Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup hot water just below boiling, 175°F / 80°C
  • 1 green tea bag or 1 tsp loose-leaf green tea
  • 1 –2 tsp apple cider vinegar raw, unfiltered, with the “mother”
  • ½ tsp honey or stevia optional, for sweetness
  • 1 lemon slice or 2–3 ginger shavings optional, for flavor variation

  • Straw (optional, to protect teeth enamel)

Method
 

  1. Boil water and allow it to cool slightly before steeping green tea.
  2. Steep green tea bag (or loose leaves) for 2–3 minutes, then remove.
  3. Stir in 1–2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar.
  4. Add honey, lemon, or ginger if desired for extra flavor.
  5. Stir well, sip slowly, and enjoy warm.
