Ingredients

  • 1 cup green tea freshly brewed, not boiling
  • 1-2 tsp apple cider vinegar preferably Bragg, raw & unfiltered
  • 1 tsp honey optional, for taste
  • 1 squeeze lemon juice optional, for brightness

Instructions

  • Brew one cup of green tea and let it cool slightly until warm, not boiling.
  • Stir in 1–2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar.
  • Add honey and lemon juice if desired. Stir well.
  • Enjoy warm, or pour over ice for a refreshing chilled version.

Notes
