Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup green tea freshly brewed, not boiling
  • 1-2 tsp apple cider vinegar preferably Bragg, raw & unfiltered
  • 1 tsp honey optional, for taste
  • 1 squeeze lemon juice optional, for brightness

Method
 

  1. Brew one cup of green tea and let it cool slightly until warm, not boiling.
  2. Stir in 1–2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar.
  3. Add honey and lemon juice if desired. Stir well.
  4. Enjoy warm, or pour over ice for a refreshing chilled version.
