Dragon Fruit Lemonade

This vibrant pink lemonade blends sweet tropical dragon fruit with zesty lemon for a refreshing, antioxidant-packed summer drink. Inspired by Starbucks and Chick-fil-A but healthier, it’s perfect for brunches, BBQs, or a colorful afternoon pick-me-up.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup dragon fruit fresh or frozen, diced or scooped
  • ½ cup mango chunks optional, for variation
  • ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice about 3–4 lemons
  • 3 cups cold water or coconut water
  • 3 tablespoons honey agave, or sweetener of choice (to taste)
  • Ice cubes as needed
  • Lemon slices and fresh mint for garnish

Method
 

  1. Blend the dragon fruit (and mango if using) with a splash of water until smooth.
  2. In a pitcher, combine lemon juice, cold water, and sweetener. Stir well.
  3. Pour in the dragon fruit puree and stir until the color is evenly distributed.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness.
  5. Serve over ice, garnished with lemon slices and mint.

Notes

For a Starbucks-style version, shake the drink with ice and add diced dragon fruit pieces.
