Ingredients
  

  • 8 –10 oz warm purified water
  • Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt

Method
 

  1. Pour warm purified water into a glass.
  2. Squeeze in lemon juice.
  3. Add pink salt and stir well.
  4. Drink immediately, ideally on an empty stomach in the morning.
