Ingredients

  • 8 –10 oz warm purified water
  • Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt

Instructions

  • Pour warm purified water into a glass.
  • Squeeze in lemon juice.
  • Add pink salt and stir well.
  • Drink immediately, ideally on an empty stomach in the morning.

Notes

For a lighter taste, use less salt (1/8 tsp).
Add a dash of honey for sweetness if not strictly detoxing.
Use room-temperature water if warm water feels heavy.
