Ingredients
  

  • ½ cucumber sliced thin
  • 8 –10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey or agave syrup optional
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint sprigs + cucumber slices for garnish

Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker or sturdy glass
  • Muddler or wooden spoon
  • Strainer (optional)

Method
 

  1. Muddle cucumber slices and mint leaves in a shaker or sturdy glass.
  2. Add lime juice and honey/agave syrup. Stir well.
  3. Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
  4. Fill glasses with ice, strain or pour the mixture, and garnish with mint and cucumber.
