Cucumber Lemonade Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large cucumber peeled and chopped
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice about 3–4 lemons
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 3 tbsp honey or agave syrup adjust to taste
  • Ice cubes for serving
  • Mint leaves optional for garnish

  • Fine-mesh strainer
  • Pitcher
  • Citrus juicer

Method
 

  1. Peel and chop cucumber, then blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the cucumber puree through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher.
  3. Add fresh lemon juice, cold water, and honey/agave to the pitcher. Stir well.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves if desired.

Notes
