Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber peeled and chopped
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice about 3–4 lemons
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 3 tbsp honey or agave syrup adjust to taste
  • Ice cubes for serving
  • Mint leaves optional for garnish

Instructions

  • Peel and chop cucumber, then blend until smooth.
  • Strain the cucumber puree through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher.
  • Add fresh lemon juice, cold water, and honey/agave to the pitcher. Stir well.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
  • Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves if desired.

Notes

For a sparkling version, replace half the water with soda water.
Use stevia or monk fruit to make it sugar-free and Weight Watchers friendly.
Add ginger slices for a spicier twist.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
