Cucumber Cooler Mocktail

This cucumber cooler mocktail is light, hydrating, and refreshing — the perfect alcohol-free drink for summer. Crisp cucumber pairs with fresh lime, mint, and sparkling water to create a spa-like flavor you can enjoy anytime.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cucumber thinly sliced (organic preferred)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 6 –8 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave optional
  • 1 cup chilled sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice cubes as needed
  • Garnish: cucumber ribbons lime wedges, and mint sprigs

Equipment

  • Tall glass or shaker
  • Muddler or spoon
  • Knife & cutting board

Method
 

  1. Place cucumber slices and mint leaves in a glass or shaker.
  2. Gently muddle to release juice and oils (do not over-crush).
  3. Add lime juice and honey/agave if desired.
  4. Fill the glass with ice.
  5. Top with sparkling water or club soda.
  6. Stir gently, garnish with cucumber ribbons and mint, and serve immediately.

Notes

For a Watermelon Cucumber Cooler, replace half the sparkling water with fresh watermelon juice.

Best served immediately, but cucumber-infused water can be prepared ahead and chilled.
