Ingredients

  • 1 cup cranberry juice preferably 100% juice, chilled
  • 0.5 cup ginger ale or sparkling water for less sweetness
  • 1 tbsp lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar optional, adds brightness
  • fresh rosemary or mint for garnish
  • ice for serving

Instructions

  • Fill two glasses with ice. Add a sprig of rosemary or mint to each.
  • In a shaker or glass, combine cranberry juice, lime juice, and apple cider vinegar.
  • Shake or stir well to combine, then pour evenly into glasses.
  • Top with ginger ale. Stir gently and serve immediately.
