Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cranberry juice preferably 100% juice, chilled
  • 0.5 cup ginger ale or sparkling water for less sweetness
  • 1 tbsp lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar optional, adds brightness
  • fresh rosemary or mint for garnish
  • ice for serving

Method
 

  1. Fill two glasses with ice. Add a sprig of rosemary or mint to each.
  2. In a shaker or glass, combine cranberry juice, lime juice, and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Shake or stir well to combine, then pour evenly into glasses.
  4. Top with ginger ale. Stir gently and serve immediately.
