Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple juice chilled
  • 0.5 cup coconut milk or swap with coconut water for a lighter version
  • 1 tsp lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup ice crushed or cubed
  • Sprite optional, for fizz
  • garnishes pineapple wedge, mint leaves, toasted coconut flakes

Instructions

  • Add pineapple juice, coconut milk (or coconut water), and lime juice to a shaker with ice. Shake until frothy and chilled.
  • Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.
  • For a blended version, combine pineapple juice, coconut cream, and crushed ice in a blender until smooth.
  • Optional: top with Sprite for fizz.
  • Garnish with pineapple wedges, mint leaves, or toasted coconut flakes. Serve immediately.

Notes

- Swap coconut milk with coconut water for a lighter, hydrating version.
- Blend with coconut cream for a Virgin Piña Colada mocktail.
