Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup warm water
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of Celtic salt or Himalayan pink salt
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon raw honey or 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Method
