Brazilian Mounjaro Recipe with Apple Cider Vinegar

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar raw, unfiltered
  • 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • 12 oz filtered water
  • Optional: 1 tsp honey juice of 1/2 lemon, or a pinch of cinnamon

  • 12–16 oz glass
  • Stirring spoon

Method
 

  1. Add pink Himalayan salt to a glass.
  2. Pour in apple cider vinegar.
  3. Add filtered water and stir well until salt dissolves.
  4. If desired, mix in lemon juice, honey, or cinnamon.
  5. Drink immediately, preferably in the morning or 30 minutes before meals.

Notes

Always dilute ACV to avoid enamel erosion.
For best results, use raw, unfiltered ACV with “the mother.”
