- Add pink Himalayan salt to a glass.
- Pour in apple cider vinegar.
- Add filtered water and stir well until salt dissolves.
- If desired, mix in lemon juice, honey, or cinnamon.
- Drink immediately, preferably in the morning or 30 minutes before meals.

Always dilute ACV to avoid enamel erosion.
For best results, use raw, unfiltered ACV with “the mother.”
Start with smaller amounts if you’re new to ACV drinks.
Store pink salt in an airtight container to preserve minerals.
