Ingredients
1tbspapple cider vinegarraw, unfiltered
1/4tsppink Himalayan salt
12ozfiltered water
Optional: 1 tsp honeyjuice of 1/2 lemon, or a pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
Add pink Himalayan salt to a glass.
Pour in apple cider vinegar.
Add filtered water and stir well until salt dissolves.
If desired, mix in lemon juice, honey, or cinnamon.
Drink immediately, preferably in the morning or 30 minutes before meals.
Notes
