- In a heat-safe mug, add warm filtered water.
- Squeeze in the lemon juice.
- Stir in raw honey until fully dissolved.
- Sprinkle Ceylon cinnamon on top and stir again.
- Sip slowly and enjoy warm.

For an apple cider vinegar variation, replace 1 tbsp of water with 1–2 tsp ACV.
For iced version, chill after mixing and serve over ice with mint.
Best consumed in the morning before breakfast.
