Blackberry Mocktail

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh blackberries washed
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup optional
  • 6 fresh mint leaves plus more for garnish
  • 1 cup sparkling water chilled
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Equipment

  • * Cocktail shaker
  • * Tall glass
  • Strainer (optional)

Method
 

  1. Muddle blackberries and mint in a shaker or tall glass until juicy.
  2. Add lime juice and honey; stir or shake gently.
  3. Fill a serving glass with ice and pour the mixture over it.
  4. Top with sparkling water and stir lightly.
  5. Garnish with mint sprigs and fresh blackberries.
