Ingredients

  • 1 –2 teaspoons Bragg’s apple cider vinegar raw, unfiltered
  • 8 –10 ounces filtered water
  • Juice from ½ lemon freshly squeezed
  • ½ teaspoon raw honey optional, for taste
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper optional, for metabolism boost

Instructions

  • Fill a tall glass with filtered water.
  • Add Bragg’s apple cider vinegar.
  • Squeeze in lemon juice.
  • Add honey and/or cayenne pepper if desired.
  • Stir well until fully combined.
  • Drink slowly 20–30 minutes before your main meal.

Notes

For a stronger flavor, use sparkling water instead of still water.
Swap lemon for grapefruit juice for a twist.
Use cold-brewed green tea instead of water for antioxidant benefits.
