Ingredients

  • 1–2 tbsp Bragg apple cider vinegar raw, with 'the mother'
  • 8–10 oz warm filtered water not hot
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice optional but alkalizing
  • 1 tsp raw honey optional for flavor
  • 1 pinch ground turmeric or ginger optional for anti-inflammatory support

Instructions

  • Pour warm filtered water into a glass or mason jar.
  • Add Bragg apple cider vinegar and stir gently.
  • Add lemon juice, honey, and optional turmeric or ginger.
  • Stir well and sip slowly, preferably on an empty stomach.

Notes
