Ingredients
  

  • 1–2 tbsp Bragg apple cider vinegar raw, with 'the mother'
  • 8–10 oz warm filtered water not hot
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice optional but alkalizing
  • 1 tsp raw honey optional for flavor
  • 1 pinch ground turmeric or ginger optional for anti-inflammatory support

Method
 

  1. Pour warm filtered water into a glass or mason jar.
  2. Add Bragg apple cider vinegar and stir gently.
  3. Add lemon juice, honey, and optional turmeric or ginger.
  4. Stir well and sip slowly, preferably on an empty stomach.
