Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar (with “mother”)
  • 1 cup filtered water warm or cool
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice optional, for taste
  • ½ teaspoon raw honey optional, for sweetness
  • 1 slice fresh ginger cucumber, or mint (optional, for variation)

Method
 

  1. Measure 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar and add it to a glass.
  2. Pour in 1 cup of water (warm in the morning, cool in the afternoon).
  3. Stir in lemon juice and honey if using.
  4. Add ginger, cucumber, or mint for flavor variation.
  5. Drink slowly through a straw to protect teeth.
  6. Repeat twice daily (morning and afternoon) for 7 days.
  7. Do not exceed 2 tablespoons ACV total per day.
