Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar with “the mother”
  • 1/8 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt or to taste
  • 8 –10 oz pure filtered water

  • Measuring spoon (teaspoon)
  • Tall glass or jar
  • Stirring spoon

Method
 

  1. Add lemon juice and apple cider vinegar to a glass.
  2. Sprinkle in pink Himalayan salt.
  3. Pour in filtered water.
  4. Stir well until salt dissolves.
  5. Drink fresh, preferably in the morning before breakfast.
