Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar with “the mother”
  • 1/8 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt or to taste
  • 8 –10 oz pure filtered water

Instructions

  • Add lemon juice and apple cider vinegar to a glass.
  • Sprinkle in pink Himalayan salt.
  • Pour in filtered water.
  • Stir well until salt dissolves.
  • Drink fresh, preferably in the morning before breakfast.

Notes

For a milder taste, reduce vinegar to 1 teaspoon.
