Instructions
- Warm the filtered water until it is comfortably warm to drink.
- Add pink Himalayan salt and stir until fully dissolved.
- Add lemon juice or optional boosters like cayenne or apple cider vinegar, if desired.
- Drink the entire mixture within 5 minutes, ideally on an empty stomach in the morning.
- Stay near a bathroom and allow 30–60 minutes for the flush to take effect.
Notes
Use only non-iodized, unrefined salt like pink Himalayan salt. Avoid doing the flush more than once per week. Rehydrate after the flush with mineral-rich fluids like herbal teas or electrolyte mocktails. This is not intended for weight loss—use as part of a balanced wellness routine.
