Ingredients
2 teaspoons pink Himalayan salt (non-iodized)
1 liter warm filtered water
(Optional) Juice of 1/2 lemon
(Optional) Pinch of cayenne pepper
(Optional) 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
1. Heat 1 liter of filtered water until warm but not hot.
2. Stir in 2 teaspoons of pink Himalayan salt until fully dissolved.
3. Optionally add lemon juice, cayenne pepper, or apple cider vinegar for enhanced effects.
4. Drink the entire mixture on an empty stomach within 5 minutes.
5. Stay near a bathroom for 30–60 minutes and hydrate with clean water afterward.
Notes
Use this flush no more than once per week for safe digestive support.
Best done in the morning on an empty stomach.
