- 12 oz filtered water
- Optional: stevia leaf or honey to taste
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, add water and all herbs.
- Bring to a gentle simmer and cover.
- Steep for 8–10 minutes to extract benefits without boiling away delicate compounds.
- Strain into your mug.
- Add natural sweetener if desired and sip slowly before a meal or as a morning ritual.
