Ingredients

  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1 cinnamon stick (or ½ tsp Ceylon cinnamon)
  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
  • Optional: 1 green tea bag

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, bring water to a gentle boil.
  2. Add cinnamon and ginger. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and let steep for 3 more minutes.
  4. Stir in lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and pink salt.
  5. If using green tea, steep the bag for 2–3 minutes while warm.
  6. Strain and pour into a mug. Sip slowly before meals or after workouts.

Notes

Drink 30 minutes before meals for best results. Can be stored in the fridge up to 2 days. Adjust ACV to taste. Add stevia or mint if preferred.
