Instructions
- In a large glass or jar, combine water, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar.
- Add chia seeds and stir well.
- Let the mixture sit for 10–15 minutes until seeds swell and form a gel-like consistency.
- Add sweetener if desired and stir again before sipping.
- Optional: Swap half the water with sparkling mineral water for a fizzy twist.
Notes
Best enjoyed 30–60 minutes after dinner to reduce evening cravings. Optional add-ins: 1 tbsp aloe vera juice, a pinch of pink salt, or a splash of unsweetened cranberry juice for added benefits.
