- ½ lemon, juiced (about 1 tbsp)
- ½ tsp raw honey or monk fruit (optional)
Instructions
- In a large glass or jar, combine water, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar.
- Add chia seeds and stir well to combine.
- Let sit for 10–15 minutes to allow seeds to swell.
- Sweeten to taste with raw honey or monk fruit if desired.
- Stir again before drinking. Enjoy in the evening to curb cravings and hydrate.
Notes
For variety, add aloe vera juice, cranberry juice, or a pinch of pink salt. Pairs well with a mindful wind-down routine or post-dinner walk. Use consistently for best results.
