- Juice of half a fresh lemon
- 8–12 oz filtered water (warm or room temperature)
- Optional: 1/2 teaspoon raw honey or a pinch of cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Combine apple cider vinegar and lemon juice in a glass or mason jar.
- Add filtered water to dilute the mixture.
- Optional: mix in raw honey or cayenne pepper.
- Stir or shake well to combine.
- Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for best results.
Notes
Start with smaller vinegar amounts and increase gradually. Avoid drinking undiluted. Best enjoyed in the morning to support digestion and metabolism.
