- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

- 1/2 tsp raw honey (or to taste)
Instructions
- Bring 1 cup of water to a light boil.
- Steep green tea for 3 to 5 minutes, then remove.
- Stir in lemon juice and ginger.
- Add honey to taste and sip warm—or cool and pour over ice.
Notes
Optional upgrades: Add 1 tsp apple cider vinegar for blood sugar support, a pinch of cayenne for metabolism, or a cinnamon stick while steeping. For a mocktail variation, serve chilled over crushed ice with sparkling water and mint.
