Ingredients

- 1 cup brewed green tea (cooled)
- 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
- ½ tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup or honey (optional)
- Pinch of cinnamon or cayenne (optional)
Instructions
- Brew green tea and steep for 3–4 minutes; cool completely.
- In a glass, mix green tea, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and maple syrup.
- Stir until well combined.
- Add ice if desired and garnish with lemon or cucumber.
- Serve chilled or batch-prep for up to 3 days in the fridge.
Notes
Start with 1 tsp ACV if new. Avoid drinking with dairy or acidic drinks. Try with mint or matcha for variety.
