Green Tea Apple Cider Vinegar Drink

A crisp, metabolism-friendly mocktail that blends green tea and apple cider vinegar with lemon and maple for a refreshing wellness tonic.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed green tea (cooled)
  • 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
  • ½ tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • Pinch of cinnamon or cayenne (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew green tea and steep for 3–4 minutes; cool completely.
  2. In a glass, mix green tea, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and maple syrup.
  3. Stir until well combined.
  4. Add ice if desired and garnish with lemon or cucumber.
  5. Serve chilled or batch-prep for up to 3 days in the fridge.

Notes

Start with 1 tsp ACV if new. Avoid drinking with dairy or acidic drinks. Try with mint or matcha for variety.
