Ingredients

- 2 teaspoons non-iodized sea salt (or pink Himalayan salt)
- 1 quart (4 cups) warm filtered water
- Optional: Juice of ½ lemon for flavor and digestive support
Instructions
- Warm the filtered water until it’s comfortably hot, not boiling.
- Stir in the sea salt until fully dissolved.
- Add lemon juice if using and stir again.
- Drink the entire quart within 5–10 minutes, on an empty stomach—ideally immediately after waking.
- Remain near a restroom for 1–2 hours to allow the flush to take effect.
Notes
Do not eat before the flush. For best results, prepare the night before by eating a light dinner. After your flush, rehydrate with mineral water or try our cucumber mint electrolyte mocktail. Use this ritual no more than once per week.
