  • Total Time: 3 minutes
  • Yield: 1 drink 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 teaspoons raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
  • Juice of ½ fresh lemon
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
  • 1012 oz filtered water
  • Ice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and honey (if using) to a glass.
  2. Pour in filtered water and stir well until mixed.
  3. Serve over ice if desired, or drink at room temperature.
  4. Use a straw to protect teeth and sip slowly once daily.
  5. Best consumed in the morning or before meals for maximum benefits.

Notes

Always dilute ACV. Start with ½ tsp if new to it. For variety, add fresh mint, turmeric, or a splash of cranberry juice. Avoid use if you have acid reflux or are on medications without consulting a doctor.
