- 1–2 teaspoons raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
- Juice of ½ fresh lemon
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
- 10–12 oz filtered water
- Ice (optional)
Instructions
- Add apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and honey (if using) to a glass.
- Pour in filtered water and stir well until mixed.
- Serve over ice if desired, or drink at room temperature.
- Use a straw to protect teeth and sip slowly once daily.
- Best consumed in the morning or before meals for maximum benefits.
Notes
Always dilute ACV. Start with ½ tsp if new to it. For variety, add fresh mint, turmeric, or a splash of cranberry juice. Avoid use if you have acid reflux or are on medications without consulting a doctor.
