Instructions
- Combine apple cider vinegar, ginger, honey or syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
- Shake well until honey is dissolved and the mix is chilled.
- Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with sparkling water.
- Stir gently, garnish with a lemon slice, and serve immediately.
