Ingredients

  • Filtered warm water

Instructions

  1. Day 1–2: Mix 1 tsp ACV in 8 oz warm water and drink 20–30 minutes before breakfast.
  2. Day 3–4: Increase to 2 tsp in 10 oz water. Optional: add lemon or cinnamon.
  3. Day 5–7: Use 1 tbsp in 12 oz water, twice daily—before breakfast and dinner.
