Ingredients
- Raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
- Filtered warm water
- Optional: lemon juice, cinnamon, stevia, or monk fruit (to taste)
Instructions
- Day 1–2: Mix 1 tsp ACV in 8 oz warm water and drink 20–30 minutes before breakfast.
- Day 3–4: Increase to 2 tsp in 10 oz water. Optional: add lemon or cinnamon.
- Day 5–7: Use 1 tbsp in 12 oz water, twice daily—before breakfast and dinner.
- Stay hydrated with 2–3 liters of water daily and include gut-friendly meals.
- Use a straw to protect enamel, and avoid sugar or processed foods during the cleanse.
Notes
Support the cleanse with steamed vegetables, fermented foods, herbal tonics, and movement. Try pairing with our cucumber mint tonic or grapefruit rosemary infusion. Most notice results—lighter digestion, better energy—by day 4 or 5.
